March 5th - 8th

• Site cleared
• Foundations Dug
• Concrete Poured

March 9th - 13th

Brick & Blockwork up to D.P.C level

March 14th - 16th

• Drainage
• Insulation
• Reinforcing
• Visqueen Membrane
• Concrete Floor Slab Layed
• Boundary Walls Started

March 17th

• Foot Scaffold

March 19th

• Start of Superstructure

April 20th

• First Floor Joist's fitted

April 27th

• Caberdeck Floor Fitted
• Brick and Block Ready to receive artstone cill's
• Ground Floor Partitions Started

May 12th

• Brick and Blockwork taken up to form 2nd floor window openings with artstone head's above.
• Wall plate fitted to receive roof trusses.
• Scaffold due Monday.
• Crane due Tuesday to lift trusses into place.
• Landscaping started.

May 25th

• Girder Trusses in place to form 2nd floor bedrooms
• 2nd Floor Decked
• Facia's And Gutters
• Brick & Block Topout's Complete
• Boundry Walls Continued
• Roofer's Due Tomorrow

May 31st

• Roof Felted and tiled
• scaffold stripped
• window's and doors fitted
• Internal door frames and window boards fitted
• Balcony's due tomorrow

July 16th

• All Services Are Now Connected
• Kitchen's and Bathrooms Fitted
• Laminate Floors Layed
• After Final Decoration and Toppings to Driveways It Will Be Ready For Occupation
• This Project Has Taken Four Months and This Includes Inclement Weather That Stopped Production

New Projects Include This Drystone Gabion Retaining Wall

August 17th

Complete 1st floor extension to provide en-suite bedroom for expanding
family while still maintaining access to garage and garden's.

October 12th

Project now in the third week.

The Project is to convert the garage with attached leisure room into two bedrooms with bathroom.
Also this project needs to be attached to the main house forming a dining room & utility room.

October 26th

• Main Structural alterations complete.
• Roof Started.
• Windows and doors to be measured Monday.
• Electricians and plumbers to start midweek.
