Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
How to Return
- Email Sales@MasonryDirect.com to request a refund. Returns must be approved by a Masonry Direct sales representative before shipping the item to our warehouse.
- Once approved, ship the item to:

- Once the item is shipped, please send your tracking number for the shipment to Sales@MasonryDirect.com.
Important Notes
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Production items (made to order) or with production lead times are non-refundable.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Restocking Fee
- All returns include a restocking fee of 25%, deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping costs and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.
If your refund is delayed, please:
- Check your bank account and contact your card issuer or bank, as processing times vary.
- If further assistance is needed, contact us at Sales@MasonryDirect.com.
Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items only. For exchanges, email Sales@MasonryDirect.com and ship the item to our Denver address.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Masonry Direct is not responsible for lost return shipments.
