Most orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our manufacturers. Orders typically deliver within 5–10 business days after placement. Some items may have longer lead times due to manufacturer availability, made-to-order status, or larger/palletized shipments. Orders may arrive in multiple deliveries.

For larger, heavier, or palletized items, shipments may be sent via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers.

If an item is on back order:
In-stock items will be shipped immediately.
Back-ordered items will ship as soon as they become available, at no additional shipping cost.
Orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery for missing or damaged items.
If there are issues:
Sign the carrier’s delivery receipt as short, damaged, or incomplete.
Obtain the carrier’s signature for lost or damaged merchandise.
Provide detailed documentation, including photos, item descriptions, and quantities.
Lost Shipments:
Freight providers require an investigation period to locate lost shipments.
Replacement orders can be processed immediately if needed.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately to attempt re-routing.
If the shipment is returned to our warehouse, we will refund your order.
You will need to resubmit your order via our website or phone.
Shipping charges cover transportation only. Customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Fees vary by country and are assessed upon arrival.
