Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment

Most orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our manufacturers. Orders typically deliver within 5–10 business days after placement. Some items may have longer lead times due to manufacturer availability, made-to-order status, or larger/palletized shipments. Orders may arrive in multiple deliveries.

Shipping Methods

We partner with the following carriers to deliver your orders:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

For larger, heavier, or palletized items, shipments may be sent via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers.

Orders may ship in multiple deliveries depending on product availability, size, or weight.

Standard Shipping

All orders use Standard Shipping unless otherwise noted.

  • Delivery: Typically delivers within 5–10 business days.

  • Split shipments: Some items may ship separately depending on size, weight, or manufacturer.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • For time-sensitive or special delivery requests, please contact us before placing your order.

Free Freight

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $2,500.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Back Orders

If an item is on back order:

  1. In-stock items will be shipped immediately.

  2. Back-ordered items will ship as soon as they become available, at no additional shipping cost.

  3. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery for missing or damaged items.

If there are issues:

  1. Sign the carrier’s delivery receipt as short, damaged, or incomplete.

  2. Obtain the carrier’s signature for lost or damaged merchandise.

  3. Provide detailed documentation, including photos, item descriptions, and quantities.

Lost Shipments:

  • Freight providers require an investigation period to locate lost shipments.

  • Replacement orders can be processed immediately if needed.

Incorrect Addresses

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately to attempt re-routing.

  • If the shipment is returned to our warehouse, we will refund your order.

  • You will need to resubmit your order via our website or phone.

International Orders

Shipping charges cover transportation only. Customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Fees vary by country and are assessed upon arrival.

  • Carriers typically contact recipients directly for payment.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing an order.
